Refund Policy

1. Summary

Plans are prepaid subscriptions. If the Service did not work for you, ask us for a refund within 14 days of the charge and we will review it against your usage.

2. First subscription

A first subscription is refundable within 14 days of the initial charge, as long as the account has not consumed more than a small part of its monthly conversation allowance.

Write to support@aicustomerexperience.lol from the email address on the account and tell us what went wrong. We aim to answer within two business days.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has started, because the allowance for that period is available immediately.

If a renewal was charged without you noticing, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it. If the plan was not used in the new period we will normally refund it.

4. What is not refundable

The following are outside the refund policy:

• Periods that have already been used, including partial months.
• Accounts terminated for breaking the Terms of Service.
• Charges older than 14 days where the plan was used in that period.
• Third party costs such as currency conversion or bank fees charged by your own provider.

5. Cancellation

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Cancelling is done from your billing settings while signed in. We do not require an email or a phone call to cancel.

6. Plan changes

Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately and the difference is charged on a pro rata basis. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
